Landowner Issues

Darryl Audia
Surface Mine Inspector
Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation
PA Department of Environmental Protection

Limited communications with landowners stall many endeavors. Involving this group of participants during the early stages of project development will save untold headaches for everyone.  Discuss potential situations in local projects that will require landowner partnerships while sharing unique arrangements.

Darryl Audia is a certified instructor at Butler Community College, La Dolce Academy, and the PA State Assessor Association; and a federal instructor for the OSM Realty Division.  He is a certified appraiser for the PA Department of Environmental Protection, and three Pennsylvanian counties list him as an expert witness.  Darryl is a broker and owner of Audia Real Estate Services in New Castle and a real estate developer in Westmoreland and Lawrence counties.  He has been president and vice president of the Lawrence County Board of Realtors.  Darryl's work has been published in the Federal Realty Training Manual, and he hosts Talk Real Estate on WKST and WBZY radio.
